Please consult us regarding pets. Late checkout additional charge. RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE TAXES AND GRATUITIES! For Your Convenience: A 15% Service Charge will be added in lieu of gratuities. Rates include Full Breakfast Daily, Use of Motorboats, Paddle Kayaks & Sailboats, Freshwater Pool & Jacuzzi, Beach BBQ area, Giant Sized Beach Chess & Checkers, Tackle, Snorkel and other recreational equipment available. Check-In 2:00 pm Check-Out 12:00 Noon All units have AC, Cable TV, phones, Refrigerators, Microwaves, coffee makers and safes. Deposit/Cancellation – Deposit amount is the total of 2 nights base rate plus tax and gratuities. Reservations must be secured by deposit at the time of reservation booking. Extra persons subject to surcharge. Your deposit is refundable upon cancellation NO LATER than 14 days prior to arrival date, however, a $35 service charge will apply. If the reservation is cancelled during the 14 days, one night's deposit will be retained. In the event of an early departure, the last night's deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a very strict cancellations policy. All rates are subject to change without notice. |
